What Are PPC Services?
PPC services plan, build and manage pay-per-click ad campaigns on Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, then improve them until each lead or sale costs less. PPC management covers keyword research, campaign structure, ad copy, landing pages, conversion tracking and weekly optimisation.
Most wasted ad spend comes from a handful of fixable problems: broad match without negative keywords, missing or double-counted conversion tracking, and every ad sending people to the same generic page. Our PPC management fixes those first, then builds campaigns around what a customer is actually worth to you rather than the volume of clicks.
PPC is the fastest way to put an offer in front of buyers, often producing leads within days of launch. It also tells your SEO services and copy teams which searches and messages convert, before anyone spends months ranking for them.
Hiring a Google Ads agency should never mean losing your data. We work through manager access on accounts registered to your business, charge a fixed management fee rather than a percentage of ad spend and report cost per lead and return on ad spend (ROAS) before clicks.

PPC Agency vs Managing Ads Yourself
A PPC agency saves money when your spend is large enough that wasted clicks cost more than the management fee, which for most businesses happens well before $5,000 a month.

09 / FAQ
PPC Services FAQs
These answers cover the questions buyers ask before they hire a PPC agency and hand over an ad account.
What are PPC services?
PPC services are the planning, building and ongoing management of paid ad campaigns on Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, including conversion tracking, landing pages and reporting. You pay the platform each time someone clicks, and the agency's job is to make each of those clicks earn its place.
Our PPC management covers eight parts: an account audit, keyword and audience research, campaign structure, ad copy and creative, landing page builds, conversion tracking, bid and budget management, and weekly optimisation with a monthly report. Landing pages are built by our website services team so the page matches the promise in the ad.
How much should I spend on PPC?
Your PPC budget should buy enough clicks to produce at least 30 conversions a month per campaign, so the platforms' bidding systems have enough data to learn from. We work out the figure from your cost per click and conversion rate during the audit.
For a single platform, we recommend at least $2,000 a month in ad spend. Below that, campaigns rarely gather enough conversions to optimise properly, and the management fee becomes a large share of the total. Ad spend is paid directly to Google, Meta or the other platform from your own account, never routed through us.
How do PPC agencies charge, and how are your fees structured?
PPC agencies usually charge a percentage of ad spend, a flat monthly fee or a mix of both. Our PPC fee is a fixed monthly amount based on the number of platforms, campaigns and landing pages, agreed before you sign.
We avoid percentage-of-spend pricing because it rewards the agency for spending more of your money, not for spending it well. Ask any PPC agency what the fee includes: landing pages, creative, tracking and reporting tools are often billed separately elsewhere. In our proposals, each one is named, so a low headline fee cannot hide a larger total.
How fast does PPC work?
PPC can produce leads within days of launch. The first 4 to 6 weeks gather the data on search terms, costs and converting offers, and efficiency improves from there.
We launch with conservative budgets and check search terms and conversions daily for the first fortnight. Months two and three run structured tests on ads, audiences, bids and landing pages, one variable at a time. Budget scales from month three onwards, moving towards the campaigns with the best return.
Should I use Google Ads or Meta Ads?
Google Ads suits buyers who are already searching for what you sell, while Meta Ads suits creating demand among people who have not searched yet. Most clients start on Google and add Meta once conversion tracking is solid.
Microsoft Ads often reaches B2B and desktop searchers at a lower cost per click than Google. LinkedIn Ads target decision makers by job title, company size and industry, which suits B2B offers with a high deal value. TikTok Ads reach younger audiences through native short-form video. The audit recommends a mix based on where your buyers search and scroll, and paid social creative is planned with our social media services team.
What questions should I ask before hiring a PPC agency?
Ask who owns the ad accounts, how the fee is calculated, what the fee includes, how conversions are tracked and what the notice period is. Clear answers to those five questions separate a PPC partner from a supplier you will struggle to leave.
Also ask to see a recent report, so you can check whether it leads with cost per lead and revenue or with clicks and impressions. Ask who will manage the account day to day and how often search terms are reviewed. Our answers: you own every account, the fee is fixed and not tied to spend, tracking runs through GA4, Google Tag Manager and your CRM, and search terms are reviewed every week.
What is ROAS, and what is a good ROAS?
ROAS means return on ad spend: the revenue your ads generate for every pound or dollar spent. A 4x ROAS means $4 of revenue for each $1 of ad spend.
A good ROAS depends on your margin, not on an industry average. A business with a 70% gross margin can profit at a ROAS that would lose money for a retailer on a 20% margin. We set the target ROAS or cost per lead from your margins and customer value during planning, so campaigns chase profit rather than a borrowed benchmark.
Do I own the ad account and data?
You own every ad account and its data. We work through manager access to accounts registered to your business and never run your ads from an account in our name.
That means your campaign history, audiences, conversion data and billing stay with you, whether you work with us for one quarter or five years. If you leave, you remove our access and every campaign keeps running exactly as it was.
Do you build landing pages for PPC campaigns?
Yes. We build a landing page for each main offer, matched to the ad that sends traffic, and test versions against each other.
Sending paid clicks to a homepage is one of the most common causes of a high cost per lead, because the visitor has to search for the offer they clicked on. Each landing page repeats the ad's promise in its headline, answers the main objections and carries one clear call to action. Copy is written by our copywriting services team from the search terms that convert.
What is the minimum ad spend you work with?
We recommend at least $2,000 a month in ad spend for a single platform, so there is enough data to optimise. Our management fee sits on top of your spend.
When a budget sits below that level, the audit will say so honestly and may recommend starting with one tightly targeted campaign, or putting the budget into SEO or conversion work first.
How do you track offline sales and phone calls?
We track offline sales by importing closed deals from your CRM back into Google Ads and Meta, so the platforms optimise towards real revenue rather than form fills alone.
Phone calls are tracked with call tracking numbers tied to each campaign, and forms, calls and purchases all report into GA4 and Google Tag Manager. Conversion tracking goes in before any bids are touched, because optimising without it means optimising blind.
What does the monthly PPC report show?
Your PPC report shows spend, leads, cost per lead and revenue against target before it shows a single click, in a live Looker Studio dashboard with a written monthly summary.
The summary names what was tested, what won, what was cut and what changes next month. Search terms, negative keywords and budget moves are listed, so you can see where money went and why.
Can PPC and SEO work together?
Yes, and they work best together. PPC shows which searches convert this month, SEO targets those same searches for the long term, and budget shifts as rankings take over.
We share search term data between the paid and organic teams every month. Where you already rank at the top organically for a brand search, the report shows whether paid ads on that term are adding sales or just paying for clicks you would have won anyway.
How long is the PPC contract?
PPC management runs on a Growth Retainer with a 6-month minimum, then rolls monthly with 30 days' notice. Six months gives enough time to rebuild, test and scale an account with real data behind each decision.
If you want proof first, a 90-day Growth Sprint audits the account in the first fortnight and fixes the weakest stage before you commit longer.
