Cookie Policy
This page explains which cookies and similar technologies this website uses and lets you change your choice at any time, using the panel below.
01 What Cookies Are#
In short
Cookies are small files or storage entries a website saves in your browser to remember information.
Cookies, and similar technologies such as local storage, let a website remember things between page views: your preferences, whether you are signed in or how you arrived. Some are essential for a site to work; others are optional and need your consent.
02 How We Use Cookies#
In short
We use essential storage to remember your choice, and optional cookies only after you agree.
We keep the website fast and private by default. Only essential storage runs before you make a choice. Analytics, marketing and functional tools load only once you accept them, and any Google tags we add will run through Google Consent Mode so they respect your choice.
03 Cookie Categories We Use#
In short
There are four categories: necessary, analytics, marketing and functional. Only necessary is always on.
- Necessary: remembers your cookie choice and protects forms from spam. Always on.
- Analytics: shows which pages help visitors, in aggregate. Off until you accept.
- Marketing: measures our own advertising. Off until you accept.
- Functional: enables conveniences such as embedded calendars. Off until you accept.
04 Cookie List#
In short
Right now the site sets one necessary entry; optional tools are added to this list before they go live.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| sm-consent-v1 | Shamrock Marketing | Stores your cookie choice (browser local storage) | Necessary | Until you clear it or change your choice |
We do not currently set analytics, marketing or functional cookies. When we add a tool that does, we list each cookie here before it goes live, and it will only run if you have accepted that category.
05 Third-Party Cookies#
In short
No third-party cookies run today; any we add will be listed here and will need your consent.
Tools that commonly set third-party cookies include Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, the Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar and calendar embeds. None of these currently run on this website. If we add one, we will name it in the cookie list above and it will load only with your consent.
06 How to Change Your Preferences#
In short
Use the panel at the top of this page, the Cookie settings link in the footer, or your browser settings.
Use the preferences panel at the top of this page, or the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser:

07 Changes to This Policy#
In short
We update this page whenever the cookies we use change.
We update this policy, and the dates at the top, whenever we add or remove a tool that sets cookies. Read how we handle personal data more broadly in our Privacy Policy.
08 Contact Us#
