Brand Design Services That Make Your Business Recognisable
Shamrock is a branding and graphic design agency that builds brand identities and systems that hold together from a logo to a landing page, then produces the ad, social and print assets that carry them, with guidelines your team can follow.

What Are Brand Design Services?
Brand design services create the visual identity and assets a business uses everywhere, including the logo, colours, type, website interface, ads and printed materials. Good design makes a brand recognisable and trusted before anyone reads a word.
Our design work starts with strategy, not style. We look at your market, your buyers and your competitors, then design a system: logo, colour, type, imagery and layout rules that flex across every channel without falling apart.
Because our designers sit with the web, social and PPC teams, the system gets tested on real ads and pages as it is built, not handed over as a PDF nobody opens. Interfaces go straight to our website services team for the build, and campaign templates go to the teams running your ads and social.
Hiring a branding agency should leave you independent. Every identity project ships with brand guidelines, editable templates and the source files, and copyright transfers to you on full payment.

Challenge
The brand looked homemade next to newer competitors, and inconsistent product photography and layouts made the store feel untrustworthy.
What we did
A new identity and design system, rolled straight into product page templates, photography guidelines and ad creative, so every touchpoint looked like the same business.
These answers cover what buyers ask before they hire a branding or design agency, including timelines, concepts, revisions and ownership.
What do brand design services include?
Our design services include brand identity, logo design, brand guidelines, UI/UX design, ad and social creative, pitch decks, print and packaging, and illustration, delivered with editable source files.
Most clients start with an identity project and then use us for the everyday assets that keep it consistent: campaign creative, social templates, sales decks and packaging. Because the same team designed the system, new assets follow the rules without a fresh briefing each time.
How long does a brand identity take?
A brand identity takes 6 to 8 weeks from discovery to final files. A logo refresh can take 3 to 4 weeks.
The time splits into five steps: discovery (week 1), moodboards (week 2), three creative concepts (weeks 3 to 4), two rounds of refinement (weeks 5 to 6) and guidelines with final files (weeks 7 to 8). Feedback turnaround on your side is the main thing that shortens or stretches it.
How much does brand design cost?
Brand design cost depends on the deliverables: a logo refresh, a full identity system, guidelines, templates, packaging or a website interface. You get a fixed quote after a short discovery call, before any design starts.
Project work is billed 50/50, half at the start and half on delivery, and quotes stay valid for 30 days. Extra deliverables added mid-project are quoted separately before we begin them.
What should I look for when hiring a branding agency?
Look for a branding agency that starts with strategy, shows concepts on real applications and hands over guidelines and source files you can use without them. A beautiful logo on a blank page tells you little about how it will work on a website header or a social ad.
Ask how many concepts you will see, how many revision rounds are included, which file formats you receive and who owns the copyright. Ask whether the agency can apply the identity to your website and campaigns, or whether you will need another supplier for that.
How many logo and identity concepts do I get?
You get three distinct creative routes, each shown on real applications such as a website header and a social post, so you choose based on how the design works, not only on how it looks.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of refinement are included on your chosen route. Structured feedback keeps revisions focused.
We gather feedback from your stakeholders in one round at a time, so conflicting comments get settled before we redraw anything.
What file types do I receive?
You receive AI, EPS, SVG, PDF and PNG logo files, colour values in HEX, RGB and CMYK, font files or licences, and editable templates in Figma or Adobe formats.
The brand guidelines explain which file to use where, so your team and suppliers pick the right version for screen, print and social without asking.
Do I own the copyright in the design?
Yes. Copyright in the final artwork transfers to you on full payment, including source files.
Can you refresh an existing brand without starting again?
Yes. We refresh brands that need modernising without losing the recognition you have built, often keeping the core mark and fixing colour, type and consistency.
A refresh usually costs less and carries less risk than a full rebrand. It suits businesses whose customers already recognise the logo but whose materials have drifted into several inconsistent versions.
Do you design websites and user interfaces?
Yes. We design website and app interfaces and hand them to our development team for the build. See our website services for full builds, from sitemap to launch.
Interface design follows the brand system and the conversion plan together: layouts are planned around what visitors need to decide, then styled, not the other way round.
Do you design ad and social media creative?
Yes. We design static, carousel and motion creative sized for every platform, built from templates in your brand system.
Creative is made with the teams that run the campaigns, so designs get tested on live ads through our social media services and PPC work, and the winning formats become new templates.
Do you design packaging and print?
Yes. We design packaging, labels, signage and collateral with print-ready files, and can work with your printer on proofs.
What do you need from me to start a design project?
We need a short brief, access to any existing brand assets and a few examples of brands you admire. The discovery session covers the rest.
Helpful extras include customer feedback, sales materials that work well and any constraints such as retailer packaging rules or accessibility requirements.
